We all have different types of medicine that work for our uniquely, divinely created beings. And there is some medicine that I believe is universal, that we all can use to thrive in order to create from the space of our highest purpose. Music is that medicine for me. While music has long been recognized as an effective form of therapy to provide an outlet for emotions, the notion of using song, sound frequencies, and rhythm to treat physical ailments is a relatively new domain. It is my mission to use my music as a space to cultivate inner knowing and healing and provide transformational experiences. Music helps me get out of my head and into my body–when I am playing music I am truly in my joy.

What is your favorite medicine?

A couple weeks ago in Costa Rica, I was honored to perform a musical journey with Vylana Marcus and Caitlyn Howe as part of Aubrey Marcus’ Fit For Service community. One of my intentions for joining the community was to take my music in this new direction–a direction of connection and healing. And to do so more from my feminine essence after doing and achieving from my masculine for so long.

Within a week of joining FFS, I chatted with Aubrey for my introduction call. We talked about my music, my past experiences, and my intentions. He introduced me to his wife Vylana and before I knew it we had written a song together (it will be released in May!) It was the kind of creation that flowed so effortlessly, truly coming from my feminine space. As the theme for the first trimester of FFS was the divine feminine, it was the perfect opportunity for me to heal through my music and this collaboration. We put together a 45 minute journey through the sacred feminine archetypes to perform at the Fit For Service Summit in Costa Rica.

The performance was so magical. I was truly in my element–receiving this healing through the music that we created but also the appreciation that what we shared was heart opening medicine for our community. I also got to perform my NEW music for the first time (new single dropping on May 4th, and the new EP dropping on May 11th!!! 🌸) I’ve been performing for over 20 years and this was the first time that I truly felt seen and heard and felt unconditional LOVE for what I shared. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for this community, for holding me in this sacred space and supporting me to evolve into this next realm of expression.

And now I’m back and channeling this energy into my new music, new performances and my own community at The Transmute Academy, feeling more connected to my leadership and seeing my path forward so much more clearly. Thank you to all who support me, love me, and guide me. I love you!
